Domestic Orders – Return & Exchange Policy
At Sparkle Kreation, we take great care to ensure that every product is quality-checked before dispatch. We request our customers to carefully read the following return and exchange policy before placing an order, as all purchases made on our website are subject to the terms mentioned below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth and transparent process, it is mandatory for the customer to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel received from Sparkle Kreation. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the product inside, and the original brand label tags.
Any request for exchange or return without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. The unboxing video acts as the primary proof in case of damaged or incorrect products.
Conditions Under Which Exchange Is Allowed
Exchange requests are strictly limited and will be accepted only in the following cases:
1. Damaged Product Received
If the customer receives a damaged product, the issue must be reported immediately after delivery. The customer is required to share the unboxing video clearly showing the damage along with the Order/Invoice ID on our WhatsApp Business number +91 81414 23838 ( Click to return)
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original brand label tags intact. Any product returned without original tags will be rejected, and no exchange or return will be processed.
In case of damaged products, the customer will bear the courier charges for returning the item to us. Once the damaged product is received and verified by our team, the exchanged product will be dispatched without charging any additional shipping fee.
2. Size-Related Exchange
Size exchange requests are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original brand label tags intact. For size-related exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the courier charges incurred for returning the product as well as the shipping charges for dispatching the exchanged size.
Size Unavailability for Exchange
In the event that the requested exchange size is unavailable, no refund will be initiated. Instead, Sparkle Kreation will issue a coupon code equivalent to the order value. This coupon can be used either once the required size is restocked or for placing a new order on any other available product.
The coupon code will be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance. After the validity period expires, the coupon will no longer be usable under any circumstances.
Exchange Review and Processing Timeline
All exchange requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 working hours after submission. Our team will contact the customer via email or phone call to provide further instructions regarding the process. Customers may also reach out to us directly on WhatsApp with their Order ID for assistance.

The customer must share the courier tracking details along with the courier payment receipt with our team. Sparkle Kreation will not be responsible for any parcels lost during transit, and the exchange request will be processed only after the returned product is physically received by us.
The exchanged product will be dispatched only after the returned product has been received and passed quality inspection.
Refunds Policy
Sparkle Kreation does not offer refunds for products purchased from the website.
International Orders – Exchange / Return Policy
Sparkle Kreation does not provide any exchange, return, or refund facility for international orders. Once an international order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
