- We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

- Orders are shipped only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

- Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas, but we always prioritise the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Coverage

- We currently ship across India.

- International shipping policies, if applicable, will be mentioned separately. Sparkle Kreation does not provide return or exchange facilities for international orders.

Order Tracking & Shipment Issues

- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

- All orders placed on Sparkle Kreation are prepaid only.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

-In case of an approved exchange:

      The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

       An additional shipping fee of approximately ₹100 per product may apply for               dispatching the exchanged item.

        Charges may vary depending on courier service and product weight.

Taxes & Hidden Charges

-There are no hidden charges.

- All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges.
